Job Summary
To support the development of AI-driven workforce management solutions, the full-time remote Software Engineer will own end-to-end projects, including building AI agents for real-time monitoring and decision-making in customer support operations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop AI agents that monitor support volume, staffing, and performance, and recommend or take action based on real-time data
- Design the control and observability layer for autonomous operations, ensuring workforce teams understand the AI's recommendations
- Evolve the core Workforce Operations product to enhance real-time and automated workflows for customers
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience building software products
- Proven track record of shipping products end-to-end from concept to production
- Strong generalist skills, capable of working across the tech stack
- Ability to turn ambiguity into functional software solutions
- Focus on system reliability and real-world behavior of software
