Job Summary
Collaborating within an Agile team, the full-time Software Engineer will design, code, test, and support high-performing enterprise-level software applications while leveraging AI tools to enhance development workflows and optimize platform architecture in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, code, test, debug, document, and support applications based on established specifications and business requirements
- Utilize enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows and drive continuous software process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on application architecture design and system performance tuning
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with software development
- 3+ years of experience developing applications using Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot
- 2+ years of experience with web frameworks and front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS)
- 2+ years of experience with automated testing tools (e.g., JUnit, TestNG) and build/CI tools (e.g., Git, Maven)
- 1+ year of experience using AI tools like Co-pilot or Claude
