Job Summary
Seeking a remote Software Engineer, the position focuses on troubleshooting integration issues, conducting root cause analysis, and communicating technical findings during end-to-end testing, UAT, and performance testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and investigate issues identified during multiple testing phases, including end-to-end testing with vendors and client UAT
- Troubleshoot integration issues involving managed file transfer tools and containerized applications
- Analyze database and ETL issues, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of system integration concepts and troubleshooting experience with integration tools
- Hands-on experience with databases and ETL processes, including AWS PostgreSQL and Databricks
- Working knowledge of React.js and Spring Boot
- Experience performing root cause analysis and communicating technical issues effectively
