Job Summary
Collaborating with a team of software engineers, the full-time Software Engineer II will design and develop custom software and systems, participate in agile/scrum processes, and engage with stakeholders to enhance product value in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop software solutions based on ticket specifications and stakeholder workflows
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and code reviews, providing and receiving feedback
- Monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and enhance Python applications with a focus on scalability and security
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in Python development
- Experience with Flask and/or Django frameworks
- Proficiency in frontend web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with knowledge of frameworks like ReactJS
- Strong understanding of relational databases such as MySQL and non-relational databases like MongoDB
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
