Job Summary
To build and scale AI-powered learning and quality-measurement systems, the full-time temporary Software Engineer will develop data pipelines, automate workflows, and ensure the reliability of AI-backed systems while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and own new Single Review Tool (SRT) workstreams and automated pipelines for reviewer quality data
- Engineer AI-backed coaching systems focusing on data validation, reliability, and auditability
- Integrate with internal review and quality systems, shipping independently on a 2-week sprint cadence
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on Python
- Hands-on experience operating AI-backed systems in production
- Proven ability to develop data pipelines (ETL/ELT) at scale
- Experience in self-directed execution with minimal management oversight
- Familiarity with content moderation and trust & safety practices is a plus
