Job Summary
Seeking a remote Software Engineer, the position focuses on troubleshooting integration issues, conducting root cause analysis, and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and investigate issues identified during end-to-end testing, UAT, and performance testing
- Troubleshoot integration issues involving managed file transfer tools and containerized applications
- Analyze database and ETL issues while supporting cross-functional teams in resolving defects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with integration tools such as GoAnywhere and MOVEit
- Knowledge of databases and ETL processes, including AWS PostgreSQL and Databricks
- Working knowledge of React.js and Spring Boot
- Experience in root cause analysis and communicating technical findings effectively
