Job Summary
Seeking a remote Software Engineer, this full-time position will focus on troubleshooting integration issues during end-to-end testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and performance testing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and investigate issues identified during multiple testing phases, including end-to-end testing and UAT
- Troubleshoot integration issues involving managed file transfer tools and containerized applications
- Conduct root cause analysis and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of system integration concepts and troubleshooting integration tools
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as GoAnywhere, MOVEit, and Red Hat OpenShift
- Knowledge of databases and ETL processes, including AWS PostgreSQL and Databricks
- Working knowledge of React.js and Spring Boot
