Job Summary
To support a growing AI Technology team, the full-time remote Software Engineer will troubleshoot AI behavior, enhance platform performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve intelligent systems.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve issues reported by users of Agent Assist, analyzing logs and tracing failures across various systems
- Identify and propose improvements to AI systems, including agents, skills, and workflows, while utilizing AI-powered tools for debugging
- Train internal users on Agent Assist, driving adoption and acting as a trusted advisor to client-facing associates
Required qualifications
- Up to 3 years' experience in Software Engineering, Software Support, QA, SDET, or related roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Foundational experience with API testing, reading logs, and basic SQL
- Exposure to or strong interest in AI/LLM-based systems through coursework or projects
- Experience supporting or building AI/agent-based applications is preferred
