Job Summary
Leading the development of new features for payment infrastructure, the full-time temporary Software Engineer will work remotely to design, implement, and review code while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring high-quality software development practices.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and enhance features for the client's MP Purchase platforms, focusing on payments infrastructure
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers to promote best practices and code quality
- Create comprehensive documentation and diagrams to facilitate understanding and drive project actions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of software development experience with C# (ASP.Net/.Net Core)
- 5+ years of experience with RDBMS (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL technologies (Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
- 5+ years of experience with event/stream processing mechanisms, particularly Kafka
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing microservices in a cloud-based architecture, preferably AWS
