Job Summary
Seeking a remote Software Engineer, the successful candidate will manage integration troubleshooting, investigate issues during end-to-end testing, and communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and investigate issues identified during multiple testing phases, including end-to-end testing with vendors and client UAT
- Troubleshoot integration issues involving managed file transfer tools and containerized applications
- Conduct root cause analysis and communicate findings to technical teams, vendors, and clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of system integration concepts and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with integration tools such as GoAnywhere and MOVEit
- Knowledge of databases and ETL processes, including AWS PostgreSQL and Databricks
- Working knowledge of React.js and Spring Boot
