Job Summary
Owning a meaningful part of the product end to end, the full-time Software Engineer will engage directly with behavioral health providers to build and enhance features related to admissions, clinical documentation, scheduling, or billing, while incorporating AI throughout the stack in a New York City-based office with remote flexibility for candidates with 8+ years of experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own and develop features across the product, including admissions, clinical documentation, scheduling, or billing
- Collaborate with behavioral health providers to translate their needs into software solutions
- Maintain high quality standards for software that supports clinicians and billing teams in their daily operations
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in building product software as an individual contributor, ideally 8+ years
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grow scope and take on responsibilities beyond the initial role
- Strong fundamentals in computer science
