Job Summary
Building internal integrations and automations, the full-time remote Software Engineer on the PDLC Operations team will develop tools that connect product development with partner teams, ensuring efficient delivery of product knowledge and automating repetitive tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Build capture and classification steps for content from various platforms to provide necessary information to partner teams
- Design and maintain a product knowledge repository that organizes and verifies content for internal use
- Automate repetitive PDLC tasks and develop AI-assisted workflows to enhance team efficiency and collaboration
Required qualifications
- Experience building and maintaining web applications, APIs, and integrations in modern languages like Python or TypeScript/JavaScript
- Comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party tool authentication
- Solid software engineering fundamentals, including testing, debugging, and Git-based workflows
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and the ability to quickly prototype and iterate on solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical partners and collaborate with management on project vision
