Job Summary
To support the go-to-market teams, the remote Software Engineer will develop and maintain internal AI-powered tools, collaborate with various departments, and automate workflows to enhance sales and customer retention efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining internal AI tools and automations for sales and customer retention workflows
- Implement features and improvements across the GTM tech stack under senior team guidance
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to understand requirements and troubleshoot workflow issues
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in software development, technical operations, or solutions engineering
- Foundational understanding of sales and marketing funnels
- Working knowledge of enrichment tools like Clay, Zapier, or Make
- Comfort with APIs, scripting languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript/JavaScript), and basic database management
- Exposure to CRM and revenue platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
