Software Engineer - AI Systems

Job Summary

Focused on building agentic systems, the full-time remote Software Engineer - AI Systems will design and implement a runtime for agents, create production agents, and ensure reliable and observable multi-step workflows using enterprise data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build the runtime for agent execution, including planning loops and state management
• Develop agents from domain workflows, ensuring decisions are grounded in authoritative data
• Implement evaluation metrics and safeguards for agent reliability and security across production environments

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, particularly with production systems
• Experience building production LLM systems and multi-step agentic workflows
• Strong understanding of LLM behavior and debugging non-deterministic systems
• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python, with solid backend and cloud experience (AWS or equivalent)
• Experience with LLM APIs and designing planning and execution loops
