Job Summary

Designing and operating production AI systems, the full-time Software Engineer - AI Systems in Go will focus on developing complex, multi-stage workflows, ensuring reliability and accuracy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate production-quality software and backend services primarily using Go
• Architect and build AI agents capable of executing complex multi-step workflows and maintaining state across executions
• Develop testing strategies for non-deterministic AI behavior and ensure systems recover gracefully from failures

Required qualifications

• Substantial professional experience developing and operating production software, with strong experience in Go or another backend language
• Hands-on experience shipping an LLM-backed application or AI agent into production
• Strong understanding of AI application architecture and distributed-systems engineering principles
• Experience designing reliable systems that manage state and handle failures effectively
• Demonstrated testing discipline for systems involving non-deterministic behavior
