Seeking a full-time Software Engineer - AI Team to design, build, and ship features for an AI-powered appraisal platform, leveraging AI coding tools and collaborating with appraisers to enhance product quality in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship features end to end across the appraisal platform and AI workflows
- Collaborate with appraisers and Ops to define product needs and make product decisions
- Own infrastructure and deployments on AWS, ensuring high standards in system design and code quality
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience building and shipping production software, preferably in a fast-moving company
- Strong fundamentals in system design, data modeling, APIs, and testing
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js; React experience is a plus
- Experience with AI coding agents and building LLM-backed features
- Familiarity with AWS, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Docker
