Job Summary
Experienced software engineers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Software Engineer, AI Tooling Infrastructure, responsible for building and operating backend services for AI products, ensuring reliability, and managing production incidents.
Key responsibilities
- Build and operate production backend services for AI products, including deployment and scaling
- Define and track reliability targets, collaborating with the SRE team to set SLOs and manage error budgets
- Participate in on-call rotations, responding to incidents and improving service architecture for safety and maintainability
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in building and running backend services in production
- Proficiency in TypeScript or Go, with the ability to work in both languages
- Strong understanding of OAuth, OIDC, JWT, and API authorization
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and relational databases
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and infrastructure as code
