Software Engineer, AI Tools
Job Summary
To support the development of innovative AI tools, the full-time Software Engineer, AI Tools will shape and execute the technical direction of the team's infrastructure and products, working remotely to enhance developer productivity across the software development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the AI for Developers strategy from ideation to shipping, ensuring strong ownership and coding across various stacks
- Make architectural and technical decisions that balance ambition with real-world constraints and long-term operability
- Serve as a champion and consultant to empower teams in adopting new AI capabilities in their workflows
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of industry experience or equivalent expertise in software engineering
- Experience building developer infrastructure or tooling, ideally at scale
- Hands-on experience applying AI technologies to software development challenges
- Proficiency in one or more of Go, Python, Typescript, or Kotlin
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree or equivalent experience
