Job Summary
Designing and operating services for card experiences, the full-time Software Engineer, California will collaborate with teams to develop features for card issuance and transaction processing while maintaining high-quality code in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner closely with the team to design, develop, test, and maintain features across card issuance and transaction processing
- Write high-quality, well-tested code and participate in design and code reviews
- Participate in operational ownership of tier-0 financial systems, including on-call and incident response
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of software development or equivalent experience
- Experience building and maintaining production software systems with end-to-end project delivery
- Demonstrated AI fluency and experience using AI-powered developer tools
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- A growth mindset and an appetite for solving open-ended and ambiguous problems
