Job Summary
To support the development of cutting-edge AI-driven systems, the full-time Software Engineer, Coding Agent will build and modify coding agent harnesses, analyze inference workload dynamics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote or onsite environment.
Key responsibilities
- Building and modifying coding agent harnesses to research architectural impacts
- Architecting AI-driven systems for analyzing inference workload dynamics
- Collaborating with teams across NVIDIA's software and hardware stack for harness layer co-design
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in building or modifying coding agent harnesses at scale
- Familiarity with agent evaluation frameworks and inference performance metrics
- Hands-on experience with frontier coding agents like Codex and Claude Code
- Scientific approach to data collection, analysis, and research
- BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
