Job Summary

Experienced software engineers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Software Engineer, Coding Evaluation, and Training Data, where they will manage end-to-end coding data projects, design agentic training workflows, and evaluate data quality for AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coding data projects, including scoping, design, execution, and scale-up
• Design training workflows and task structures that reflect real-world software engineering practices
• Evaluate data and worker output to ensure quality and alignment with frontier training goals

Required qualifications

• 2-6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong coding ability in at least one mainstream programming language
• High standards for engineering quality and correctness
• Ability to debug and reason about technical environments, including containers and automated tests
• Interest in AI/ML systems and their impact on coding capabilities
