Software Engineer - Data
Job Summary
As a full-time Software Engineer - Data working remotely, the candidate will design and implement end-to-end data systems, manage high-volume data flows, and drive technical design for analytics and insights infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Design and ship data systems including models, pipelines, and APIs for the platform
- Drive technical design for multi-component systems with a focus on correctness and operational excellence
- Own Salesforce data flows at enterprise scale and define data quality standards
Required qualifications
- Proven experience building and operating production data systems at scale
- Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, OLAP systems, CDC, event streaming, or data modeling for CRM domains
- Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to influence architecture beyond immediate workstreams
- Experience delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Familiarity with modern tech stacks such as Rails, Postgres, and AWS is a plus
