Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare technology startup, the full-time Software Engineer, Data Analytics will build and scale a data and analytical platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform clinical data into actionable insights in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop the data lakehouse and warehouse with secure, scalable pipelines to enhance analytics and machine learning capabilities
- Create tools that enable self-service insights for Clinical, Client Success, and Product teams without requiring query writing
- Design pipelines and data models to monitor KPIs and model performance across clients, utilizing real-time EHR data
Required qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience in building scalable, secure data or analytics infrastructure on a cloud platform, preferably AWS
- Proficient in Python and SQL
- Deep knowledge of modern data and analytics technologies, including cloud-based data warehouses and BI tools
- Experience leveraging LLMs in distributed data processing and analytics systems
