Job Summary
Collaborating closely with designers and engineers, the full-time Software Engineer, Design Systems will build accessible, reusable components and evolve design system foundations while working remotely across the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Build accessible, reusable components for shared React Native and web libraries
- Help evolve design system foundations, including components, tokens, and documentation
- Strengthen accessibility practices and improve motion and interaction quality
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with React, React Native, or TypeScript
- Strong frontend fundamentals with a focus on reliable and maintainable UI
- Hands-on experience or interest in accessibility practices in digital products
- Experience or interest in design systems, component APIs, and documentation
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and code, explaining tradeoffs and usage patterns
