Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Software Engineer for AI Agents will build and enhance internal AI agents, adapt them for customer use, and improve their accuracy and reliability to drive adoption across the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Build, extend, and improve internal AI agents to enhance productivity across the business
- Adapt proven internal agents for external customer use, ensuring reliability and security
- Contribute to shared tooling and infrastructure while defining metrics for agent quality
Required qualifications:
- Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-powered agents or applications in production
- Strong software engineering skills in Python and familiarity with existing codebases
- Solid SQL skills and knowledge of modern data tooling
- Experience with core agent techniques such as tool calling and multi-step planning
- Collaborative working style with the ability to engage non-technical users
