Software Engineer - Go (Golang)
Job Summary
Supporting a mission-critical application modernization program, the full-time Software Engineer - Go (Golang) will troubleshoot software defects, develop and maintain software tests, and collaborate with senior engineers in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects in applications developed using Go and React/TypeScript
- Develop, execute, and maintain software tests to ensure application quality and reliability
- Participate in application patching cycles, software releases, and ongoing sustainment activities
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of backend software engineering experience using Go (Golang) or 2+ years in another strongly typed programming language with demonstrated Go projects
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with container technologies
- U.S. citizenship required; eligibility for DoW security clearance
- Active Secret security clearance is strongly preferred
