Software Engineer I
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic Telephony team, the remote Software Engineer I will develop and enhance CTI product software, integrating with various PBX technologies while participating in the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute new code and review pull requests as part of a full scrum team, managing multiple software development projects
- Participate in architecture and design discussions, ensuring alignment with product requirements and acceptance criteria
- Support the application lifecycle, providing development support for existing applications and troubleshooting critical production issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience, including 1-3 years with C#
- Advanced experience with the Microsoft stack (ASP.NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, etc.) and web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- 1-2 years of experience with scripting languages such as Python and Shell Scripting
- Familiarity with Agile development environments and CI/CD practices
- Experience with relational databases and unit testing, along with knowledge of call center terminology and features
