Job Summary
To build and maintain intelligent automation for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in healthcare, the full-time remote Software Engineer I will develop Python automation that integrates with EHR systems, payer portals, and internal services while collaborating with senior engineers for mentorship and code review.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automation for RCM processes using Python, Selenium, and OpenCV
- Automate browser tasks such as data extraction, form submission, and portal navigation
- Monitor running automations, investigate failures, and fix underlying issues using logs and database records
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional software development experience or equivalent academic/project experience
- Working proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
- Experience with Git and standard pull request workflows
- Interest in healthcare RCM workflows (e.g., eligibility, authorizations, claims, denials)
