Job Summary
Owning well-scoped features from design to production, the full-time remote Software Engineer II will improve system reliability, reduce technical debt, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code and automated tests.
Key responsibilities
- Own features and projects from technical design through production release, breaking work into manageable tickets and delivering on commitments
- Write automated unit and integration tests, ensuring code quality and maintaining a healthy CI pipeline
- Collaborate with peers to solve problems, participate in team meetings, and raise risks or blockers promptly
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping full-stack features using Python/Django and React
- Proficiency in writing automated tests and working with CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to manage work independently, time-box investigations, and seek help when needed
- Experience in startups and/or B2B SaaS environments
- Strong adaptability to changing priorities and requirements
