Software Engineer II
Job Summary
To support the Solutions Engineering Team, the full-time remote Software Engineer II will design and implement technical solutions, enhance automation tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to address customer challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship integrated tooling to streamline processes and reduce manual work
- Conduct root-cause investigations to identify and resolve underlying issues in implementations
- Utilize AI-assisted development and existing templates to create reusable solutions efficiently
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience writing production code, preferably in Ruby on Rails
- Proficiency with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- Experience in building and consuming APIs and integrations across service boundaries
- Familiarity with workflow-automation platforms and API-driven automation workflows
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes and ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases
