Software Engineer II
Job Summary
To build features across core platforms, the full-time remote Software Engineer II will design and implement front-end interfaces, back-end APIs, and automated test suites while collaborating with a team of engineers using technologies such as Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software systems
- Write clean, efficient code and implement automated test suites to ensure system reliability
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine product features and guide junior engineers in best practices
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 3 - 5 years of full-stack software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, or Node.js
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
- Hands-on knowledge of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Advanced SQL capabilities with experience in relational database engines (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
