Software Engineer II

Job Summary

As a remote Software Engineer II, the candidate will own customer-facing features from concept to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop AI-native safety products that enhance driving behaviors and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development of customer-facing features and platform capabilities, including AI prototypes
• Architect and deliver full-stack products across web, mobile, and API surfaces using various technologies
• Design and implement AI-native product experiences and continuous improvement processes for safety workflows

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with reliable customer-facing production systems
• Strong programming fundamentals in languages such as Golang, Java, or Python
• Experience developing features across backend services, APIs, and modern web applications
• Demonstrated interest in AI-native development and integrating LLMs into products
• Ability to independently manage moderately complex projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
