Software Engineer II
Job Summary
Joining the Fulfillments team, the remote Software Engineer II will build and ship impactful software solutions for ECommerce and Brick and Mortar merchants, focusing on features related to refunds, replacements, and reverse logistics while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship features across fulfillment and servicing, taking ownership from design to deployment
- Deliver scalable, event-driven, AI-native applications that enhance customer experience
- Communicate effectively with product, design, and engineering teams to align work with business goals
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of full-stack experience
- Hands-on experience building production systems on AWS, including serverless architecture
- Demonstrated experience shipping AI/LLM features to production
- Solid understanding of API design, versioning, and backwards compatibility
- Experience building production single-page applications with modern state management
