Software Engineer II
Job Summary
To enhance accessibility and affordability of specialty medications, the remote Software Engineer II in Support will triage and resolve engineering escalations, review and implement fixes across the technology stack, and manage projects aimed at reducing support load over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize and resolve software bugs impacting end-users and execute database changes to unblock workflows
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify root causes and address larger product gaps
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to expand the support knowledge base
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in building and maintaining production software
- Degree in computer science or a related field
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Node, React, and Postgres
- Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana and Sentry
- Ability to leverage AI tooling while maintaining code quality
