Job Summary
Focusing on user growth and customer experience, the full-time remote Software Engineer II will drive customer acquisition and activation, enhance onboarding processes, and expand product adoption within the Growth - Activation and Expansion team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions to improve customer onboarding and activation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and drive product adoption
- Design and maintain scalable, robust SaaS applications and complex distributed systems
Required qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in software development for large business environments using Java
- Proficiency in AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, SQS, and S3
- Experience with SQL (Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) database design
- Familiarity with build tools like Gradle and CI/CD pipeline implementation
