To enhance AI-driven communication experiences, the full-time remote Software Engineer II will design and build scalable backend systems using .NET and TypeScript, taking ownership of technical solutions from design through production and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs to support AI-driven agent platforms
- Build and optimize TypeScript-based agents for phone and chat communication experiences
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and mentor less-experienced engineers while contributing to engineering best practices
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software development experience post-graduation
- Strong proficiency in .NET and TypeScript or Node.js
- Experience designing and delivering production software with increasing levels of ownership and complexity
- Strong understanding of backend development, API design, and distributed systems
- Ability to write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and effectively review the work of other engineers
