Job Summary
To build and own intelligent automation for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in healthcare, the full-time Software Engineer II will design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Python and related technologies while collaborating with operations teams and mentoring junior engineers in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automation for RCM processes using Python, Selenium, and OpenCV
- Take features from requirements through design, implementation, testing, and production release
- Own the health of automations by troubleshooting failures and ensuring compliance with security standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with browser automation tools like Selenium
- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases
- Experience building or integrating with REST APIs
- Working knowledge of healthcare RCM workflows or similar complex business domains
