Job Summary
Leading complex systems analysis and application development, the remote contract Software Engineer III will design and develop solutions using Java/Spring Boot, microservices, React.js, iOS/SwiftUI, and Android/Jetpack Compose while serving as a technical lead on intricate projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead application design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation efforts
- Prepare technical specifications, project estimates, test plans, and system documentation
- Coordinate development activities and mentor less experienced developers
Required qualifications:
- Associate degree with 6 years of systems analysis/application development experience or equivalent
- Strong application development experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and React.js
- Experience with iOS/SwiftUI and/or Android/Jetpack Compose
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and work independently
