Software Engineer III
Job Summary
To support the Service AI Transformation Team, the full-time Software Engineer III will implement features across the stack, utilizing AWS serverless architectures and event streaming to develop AI-powered services and integrations in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement event-driven transformation workflows and service integrations using AWS technologies and Infrastructure as Code
- Build AI transformation pipelines and develop internal tooling and dashboards with React/Next.js and GraphQL APIs
- Contribute to AI-focused testing and ensure robust observability through instrumentation and participation in CI/CD pipelines
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production cloud services
- Solid experience with AWS serverless architectures and event streaming patterns (Kafka)
- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, React/Next.js, and GraphQL
- Hands-on experience with AI orchestration, prompt engineering, and RAG patterns
- Familiarity with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (CDK/Terraform)
