Software Engineer in Test
Job Summary
To enhance automated testing practices, the remote Software Engineer in Test II will define and own the testing architecture, establish quality engineering strategies, and lead cross-team testing efforts while ensuring quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Define and manage enterprise-wide automated testing architecture and quality engineering strategy
- Design, develop, and optimize CI/CD testing processes and pipeline architecture in Azure DevOps
- Lead cross-team system integration and performance testing efforts, coordinating test strategy and execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in software engineering in test or a related occupation
- Proficiency in .NET (C#), JavaScript frameworks (including React), and SQL for automated testing
- Experience with API testing and validation using JSON or XML
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and application monitoring tools like Dynatrace
