Job Summary
Building and enhancing integrations for healthcare systems, the full-time Software Engineer, Integrations will develop and maintain connections to core platforms, ensuring data accuracy and reliability while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Enhance and extend existing integrations while designing new ones for time-and-attendance and HRIS systems
- Contribute to monitoring and alerting systems to maintain data flow and diagnose discrepancies in production
- Collaborate with product and activation teams to translate customer requirements into scalable integration solutions
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in building and operating production software
- Proficiency with APIs (REST and SOAP), SQL, and data transformation logic
- Experience in designing reliable systems with a focus on failure modes and observability
- Strong communication skills for articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants and interest in AI-assisted tooling
