Job Summary
To enhance marketplace purchase platforms, the remote contract Software Engineer IV will lead the development of payment infrastructure features, mentor junior engineers, and ensure high standards for code quality and performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new features for marketplace purchase platforms, focusing on payment infrastructure and systems
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to support code quality and team development
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Strong technical expertise in C# and ASP.NET/.NET Core
- Experience designing and developing microservices in cloud-based architectures
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience
