Job Summary
Leading a fully remote team, the Software Engineer Manager will architect and design digital products, oversee software development processes, and ensure the success of applications in production while managing medium to large teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in product scoping and translate user features into system design
- Lead architecture and design efforts for products, ensuring alignment with technical requirements
- Facilitate collaboration and strategy alignment across product portfolios with stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 4-year bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10 years of experience in software development (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with architecting and delivering large-scale distributed systems
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java (Spring), and Python
- Experience with REST APIs and web/API security protocols
