Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Software Engineer, Monitoring Platform will contribute to the NeoCloud SRE platform by building components for monitoring and automation in a remote environment, under the guidance of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building collection agents and storage systems for metrics, logs, and traces
- Contribute to alert-engine frameworks and implement default alert rules
- Participate in the development of remediation and workflow components, including job scheduling and inspection probes
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of software engineering experience, with strong projects or internships welcomed
- Solid fundamentals in a programming language such as Go, Python, Java, or Rust
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana and basic Kubernetes knowledge
- Curiosity and a strong desire to learn about GPU/AI infrastructure and observability
