Job Summary
Owning quality and automation for large enterprise deployments, the full-time Software Engineer, Quality Automation will develop a world-class QA function using agentic tooling, ensuring consistent environments across SaaS and PaaS deployments while collaborating closely with customers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain consistent environments across SaaS and PaaS deployments to prevent configuration drift
- Build automation capacity for handling bugs using agentic tooling, enabling triage and resolution without human intervention
- Enhance internal automated testing and improve bug reporting processes to provide clear insights into quality trends
Required qualifications
- Production software engineering experience with a focus on writing and shipping code
- Hands-on experience with test automation and CI quality gates
- Proficiency in using AI or agentic tooling in practical applications
- Experience working directly with customers or enterprise users on issue resolution
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes
