Job Summary

Driving technical strategy and execution, the full-time Software Engineer, Systems ML will define architectural foundations for large-scale machine learning infrastructure, addressing complex cross-system challenges and developing multi-year technical roadmaps in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and solve complex cross-system ML infrastructure challenges, including training, inference, and compiler optimization
• Define architectural standards for ML systems to ensure consistency and reliability across engineering organizations
• Develop and manage the multi-year technical roadmap for ML systems infrastructure, balancing short-term and long-term needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering with specialization in ML systems domains such as AI infrastructure or ML compilers
• Experience architecting and delivering large-scale ML training or inference infrastructure with measurable impact
• Proficiency in developing high-performance ML systems infrastructure using C++, Python, or CUDA
• Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives and influencing engineering practices across teams
