Job Summary
Driving the technical vision and architecture for large-scale product systems, the full-time Software Engineer in Technical Leadership will identify and solve complex engineering challenges, establish coding standards, and mentor engineers while working remotely or onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the multi-year technical vision and architecture for product systems
- Lead cross-functional execution of technical initiatives, aligning stakeholders and managing dependencies
- Mentor engineers by providing feedback, coaching, and guidance on system design problems
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience building large-scale applications
- 12+ years of programming experience
- 8+ years of experience with web or mobile technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field
- Experience in driving large cross-functional engineering efforts
