Job Summary
Supporting engineering and modernization activities, the full-time Software Engineer with DoD Compliance will engage in full-lifecycle software development, testing, integration, and deployment of mission-critical systems in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Agile-based planning and execution activities, ensuring alignment with system architecture and program objectives
- Provide technical leadership across software projects, overseeing troubleshooting and resolution of system defects and performance issues
- Develop and maintain DoDAF-compliant architecture views and apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods to support system design
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Mathematics; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of professional experience with a Master's degree or 14+ years with a Bachelor's degree in software development
- 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes
- DoD 8570 / DoD 8140 compliance (Level II or Level III) required
- Experience with modern software development methodologies such as Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps
