Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading high-impact engineering teams
- Hands-on experience in building AI assistants and evaluation systems
- Fluency with modern AI development workflows, including dataset curation and automated evaluators
- Strong foundation in software engineering with a platform mindset
- Ability to set technical direction and drive cross-functional alignment in complex environments
