Seeking a full-time remote Software Engineering Manager who will drive the design, development, and delivery of core software platforms for Embrace Pet Insurance, while actively engaging in architecture, code reviews, and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in solution design, architectural decisions, and technical problem solving
- Lead and mentor multiple software developers, setting clear technical and delivery expectations
- Oversee development and enhancement of policy administration, claims processing, and customer-facing applications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud development
- Extensive hands-on experience with .NET / C# development
- 5+ years of experience leading software development teams while remaining technically active
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline design and management
